Description

Our Client, an independent Logistics Company, is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work alongside the Operations Manager providing key support to ensure the effective management analysis of a number of busy contracts.

You will have good working knowledge of accounts procedures including Debtors / Creditors, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Nominal Coding as a minimum...Sage experience preferred but not essential.

You will be PC literate with Word, Outlook and advanced Excel knowledge...working with spreadsheets daily you will be required to update, amend and reformulate as needed.

You will be proficient in working in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines - collating, inputting, processing, managing and reporting to director level various business and contract KPI’s on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

As a strong and confident communicator, you will be working with and alongside a large team of staff, at all levels throughout the business.

The ability to liaise with Contractors and Clients, internal and external Managers through telephone, written and face to face correspondence is of paramount importance.

Working Hours are flexible from Monday to Friday, 20 to 25 hours per week set between 09.00 and 17.00 to suit you...(09.00 to 13.00, 09.30 to 14.30, 10.00 to 14.00 etc).

Additional flexibility during school holidays can be organised if required.

Salary: circa £10ph. Wages are paid weekly; a week in arrears.
